In these roles he was responsible for coordinating the business development or Technical Help Desk function on a local or national level. Wayne’s business talents extend outside of the boardroom where he is a recognized public speaker. He has been a presenter and keynote speaker at many conferences across North America on a variety of subjects including sales, motivation, technical and social networking and Internet security.

Wayne’s talents were rewarded after he became the UFSC Toronto Chapter Oratorical contest winner in 2004 and he went on to represent UFSC Toronto at UFSC’s Eastern Regional Conference.

Wayne has a diploma in Commerce from Dawson College and a Computer Informations Systems diploma from Humber College. He is a certified
Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) as well as a Certified
Information Security Auditor (CISA). Within Toastmaster’s International, he holds the Advance Toastmaster Silver and Competent Leader designations. He is a Board Certified Basketball official.
